  Highline Community Information
 
 
The Highline Community  sits on top of the majestic Marsh Hill Mountain with magnificent views of Deep Creek Lake. It is conveniently located to Deep Creek Lake, The Wisp Ski Resort, ASCI (The Whitewater Adventure Sports Center), Prestigious Lodestone Golf Course, Fantasy Valley Golf Course, Swallow Falls State Park and Fork Run Adventure Trail.
The Highline Community is composed of Highline I and Highline II with 120 properties. The membership owns Vacation Rental Homes, Vacation Homes and Unimproved Lots. The Community is a Ski in- Ski Out with two accesses to the Main Street Ski Slope.

Rules and Regulations
 
Please be advised this is only a small listing of the most commonly asked about rules, refer to the By-Laws for all Rules and Regulations.  For a complete list of rules and regulations (Article 8). CLICK HERE
 
PARKING: There is no parking permitted on the street or street-side or in the fenced dumpster area. This is strictly enforced and violators will be towed at the owners expense. The Board adopted a resolution to tow vehicles and fine property owners for Parking Violations.
 
PETS: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after all pets.  Owner are responsible for the management of guests and tenants who use Highline and homes.
 
NOISE: To avoid excessive noise and unreasonable late night activity, all music and outside activity should be turned down after to a level that will not disturb your neighbors after 10 PM. It is recommended to call 911 and report late night disturbances. 
 
TRASH DUMPSTERS: Dumpsters are located off of Wisp Mountain Road and are provided for household trash only. All trash should be placed in plastic bags, tied and deposited in the dumpsters. Please do not deposit loose trash in the dumpsters and be sure to close the dumpster lids to prevent animals from accessing trash. Follow the "Fill First" and "Fill Last" when depositing trash in dumpsters.  The dumpsters are monitored with video surveillance. No parking permited in area.
 
SKI ACCESS PATHS: Highline has two marked Ski Access Paths; path off of Highline Drive and path off of Snowshoe Court  Please do not trespass on owners properties to access the slopes and do not park vehicles on the side of road..  
 
RENTAL HOMES: All short term vacation rental homes must be licensed in Garrett County. Property owners are responsible for the actions of their renters (guests) in the community and must adhere to the Garrett County Transient Vacation Rental Units (TVRU) rules and restrictions.
