The Architectural Committee works closely with the Board of Directors (the “Board”) to preserve and enhance the beauty and value of our community and to welcome owners, builders, and realtors to promote a positive and cooperative building experience pursuant to the Architectural Guidelines.

 

In accordance with the Highline Property Owners Association’s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and the Architectural Guidelines (“Guidelines”), the Architectural Committee (“AC”) is responsible for approving all plans, specifications, site plans and improvements before the commencement of any construction within the POA. The Guidelines regulate the AC’s actions regarding construction and exterior improvements in the Highline POA Subdivision (“Subdivision”). The Guidelines govern the design and construction of all homes and all exterior improvements in all Subdivision areas. The POA will enforce the Guidelines to the maximum extent necessary to advance the POA's interests.
