All exterior lighting must be approved by the Architectural Committee. Outdoor cafe, orange, and colored lighting are not permitted unless specifically approved by the Architectural Committee. The community is a "Night-sky Watch," and all spotlights and bright outdoor lights must be off by 11 P.M. 

 

Please advise the Board if the "Night Watch" sky is polluted by bright lighting or lights on between 11 PM and 8 AM in the community.
