Final Inspection / Certificate of Completion Request (New Home)
 
Before you begin construction on a new single-family home or major renovation of an existing home in Highline, you must:
 
  • Complete the online Final Inspection / Certificate of Completion Request & Agreement form, and
  • Pay the required architectural review fee in full. The fee is nonrefundable.
  • Both the form and fee must be received and approved before any construction is commenced.
Once your home’s exterior is substantially complete and you are ready for the Final Architectural Inspection, this same form will be used to confirm your request and schedule the inspection. By submitting this ticket, Owner(s) request scheduling of a Final Architectural Inspection upon completion of the new home and agree to all terms and conditions in this Request / Agreement.
